Connecting the j2534 to the computer

Hi, I just bought a MaxiFlash Pro, I installed the pc software on my computer but when I plug it to the j2534 it doesn't recognize or give me any option to use it. I also downloaded the software on the autel site to make sure it wasn't the disc, but the same thing happened. At least the maxisys printed through the computer but it doesn't do anything else. How does the J2534 connects to the computer so I can reprogram modules via the laptop using OEM subscriptions? -

The driver and the application that runs the j2534 still doesn't open -

Which application do you try to run J2534 ?After installed J2534 driver then from manufacturers application running and configure J2534 interface to manufacture software you installed to program the vehicle you're working on it should work that way. -
